Founder’s Bio
Engineer by degree and a cook at heart inspired by my gramps, Margaret and Eddie Mae, my ole gurl.
Margaret and Eddie Mae taught me the joys of preparing meals for the family. The smell of baked mac and cheese and fried chicken brings back so much joy. A meal prepared by them was succulent and comforting.
They encouraged my love for cooking. At an early age, I started cooking simple meals in the kitchen and even begin learning how to tame the fires of a charcoal grill.
These skills came in handy in college to cope with homesickness. I would recreate childhood meals to give me the taste of home.
Low Country Sauce Co. was created with these three gems in mind: family (love), strength (unity) and memories (time). These gems, which were shared with me as a child, are monumental and is the core of Low Country Sauce Co. So only expect Southern Succulence.
